When making an API call to the endpoint /api/v4/metaproperties/, you may encounter a 502 error, preventing the operation from completing successfully.
Workaround:
As a temporary solution, you can make the necessary metaproperty changes directly in the Taxonomy Management section of the portal, as a logged-in administrator.
