Mass Uploader Failures

We have identified and solved the issue.
All services are working again as they should be.

We are continuing to investigate the issues impacting the Mass Uploader service, which remains unavailable across all regions. Our engineering teams are prioritizing this incident and will resume investigation with additional resources during Amsterdam morning hours to ensure a thorough resolution.

In the meantime, customers can continue to upload using the regular front-end uploader or via the API, which are functioning as expected.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution. Further updates will be provided first thing in the morning Amsterdam time as they become available.

We are still running some additional tests in order to be sure we can release a fix asap. More updates to follow shortly.
