POA1 Outage

Due to ongoing major civil infrastructure damage in the area from recent major flooding; power and other critical civil services including safely on-site staffing of this location remain significant challenges. We are actively monitoring the situation on the ground for improvement at which time we will work with our local partners to bring this location permanently back on-line. Other regional locations will continue to handle this load until the infrastructure situation in the area further stabilizes.

We are currently investigating an outage at our POA PoP (Porto Alegre, Brazil), all traffic is being redirected to the nearest PoP.
