Call Center Performance Issue

We have deployed caching improvements, and continue to monitor call center performance. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide updates until this issue has been resolved.

While we continue to investigate the cause of the issue, our team has identified several improvements that are expected to increase app performance and help address the current latency issues. We are working to get those deployed as soon as possible.
