CallTower support has gotten multiple reports, connect is currently down, customers are experiencing slow service, errors and unable to log in. CallTower’s Development team is currently investigating this issue urgently to come to a resolution as soon as possible. CallTower has opened a master case to investigate the issue as it has been reported by more than one CallTower customer. This issue may or may not directly affect your services and is currently under investigation. If you are affected, please report the issue to support@calltower.com. CallTower intends to post updates on status.calltower.com approximately every hour, unless identified otherwise. This issue is being investigated as a top priority.

CallTower Support is seeing successful attempts when accessing and performing tasks within CallTower Connect. At this time CallTower considers this issue resolved. If you are still having issues accessing, login in, or making changes in CallTower Connect please contact CallTower Support at support@calltower.com or call us at 8003475444.

CallTower will be closing this master case and all associated cases. Within three business days, an Official Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or a Preliminary RCA will be available to provide to customers upon request.
