CallTower has continued to test and monitor the issue. We are not seeing any further dropped calls and consider the issue resolved.
CallTower will be closing this master case and all associated cases. Within three business days, an Official Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or a Preliminary RCA will be available and provided to customers upon request.
CallTower engineers completed the maintenance last night and are now monitoring. It appears the maintenance completed has resolved the issue. Support is reaching out to affected customers this morning to test.
