Microsoft is reporting 98% availability and that a majority of customers are seeing improvements across affected regions. Our metrics and tests are indicating that performance is stable.

We are noticing widespread improvement in service performance. Some users may continue to experience service degradation, as Microsoft Azure has yet to provide an update on their full resolution ETA of 7:20pm ET. Microsoft Azure has provided a new update with firmer timelines around full service recovery. Service to our portals will begin to improve, but unfortunately, Microsoft's new report states that a full service recovery is expected within the next 4 hours.
