Id.me is currently experiencing an issue where Id.me push notifications are not working. This is impacting workflows for prescribing controlled substances.

While this issue is being addressed, users can continue to sign a Controlled Substance prescription by selecting OTP (One‑Time Passcode) from the Select Device dropdown list. To configure this option, please follow these instructions.please follow these instructions.
