On 02/23/2021 we experienced a malfunction of our order dispatch mechanism. This mechanism sends abandoned Carthook orders into Shopify. It was caused due to unforeseen modifications on the Shopify cart page.
We have identified the issue and our systems are back to normal. We are backfilling the missed orders and you should see all your orders in Shopify in the next few hours.
