Dear Federated Stratus Customers,
As part of our regular maintenance, Optum / Change Healthcare will be replacing an expiring certificate used by our authentication platform, CIAM, on September 5th, 2024, at 21:00 Central Standard Time (CST).
For customers utilizing federated authentication—where your organization’s system stores user credentials rather than CIAM's local administration—this certificate is essential for your Identity Providers (IdPs) to authenticate user access to Stratus products. While many IdPs update automatically, some may require manual intervention from administrators to adopt the new certificate.
We have proactively reached out to affected customers over the past several weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
