Meta has an ongoing issue where https://m.me links may not work as expected on desktop and mobile devices. The user is redirected to the correct bot, but not to the correct Flow. The incident seem to have been resolved. There was no update from Meta yet, but it seems to be working on our internal tests. We will reopen this report if needed.
