Outage Details

Due to a recent Meta change on their API, some users may not appear correctly in your bot's People Tab. Our team is aware of this issue and we are already working on a fix. We will resolve the issue after running some internal tests to ensure everything is working correctly.

We have prepared a fix for this issue and it will be released by the end of the week, after all internal tests are complete. For now, some users might not be searchable through Live Chat or People Tab.
