We are currently experiencing service disruptions affecting ThreatCloud AI services in the UAE due to an issue with AWS (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). The disruption began yesterday at 18:00 Abu Dhabi time.
Customers using Email, Gateway, Endpoint, SASE, Browser, and Mobile services may be affected.

Current Status:
Threat Emulation & Threat Extraction:
There was a complete outage in the UAE from 18:00–00:00 Abu Dhabi time.
* Service has been fully restored.
* Since 00:00 Abu Dhabi time, customers should no longer experience impact.
Other ThreatCloud AI Services (web security and reputation services) :
* Some customers in the UAE may still experience issues.
* We are working to fully restore all services.
DLP Next:
* Currently unavailable for customers in the UAE.
IOC Management:
* Customers are currently unable to update or modify IOCs.
Existing protections remain active.
