Check Point's SASE Zero Trust Applications experienced timeout failures for approximately 2.2 hours, affecting users in the Israel-1 region. The root cause was traced to routing issues with Cellcom ISP, and the incident was resolved by switching the Israel-1 region to an alternate ISP. Users still on Cellcom or Golan Tel may continue to experience sign-in or connection issues until the ISP fully resolves their routing problems.
