Email Delivery Delays in Omni

We have applied a temporary fix restoring most outbound email delivery. New emails are sending normally, but any previously failed emails will need to be resent manually. We are still working with a third-party provider to resolve this for custom domains and will provide another update once a permanent fix is in place.

The third-party provider has implemented a fix, and email services have now been restored. New outbound emails should be sending normally, including for custom domains. We are closely monitoring the service to ensure everything continues to work as expected.

We are currently investigating an issue where outbound emails from Omni are delayed and remaining in a sending state.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.
