Error 53113 “Room Exists” When Creating Video Rooms via API

We are closing this incident as we are not observing any customer impact.

A subset of customers might receive 53113 - “Room exists” error when creating video rooms via API, if rooms with the same name were previously created. As a workaround, customers can create rooms with different names. Twilio engineers implemented temporary measures to make this issue less frequent until a permanent solution is created. We will provide another update within 72 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
