We are not currently aware of any impact on any customer or service. However, this may change immediately, without warning. Please, therefore, treat some SIP services as 'at risk'. We will contact any customers we believe are impacted if an impact occurs.

We have had confirmation from the carrier that the issue is now resolved. We will be closing down the incident. No customer has been affected by this incident.
