Voice calls may fail

Our carrier has now resolved the issue.

We have restored outbound calls on this service using alternative routing. We are continuing to investigate with our carrier.

We are continuing to chase our carrier for an ETA on when this will be resolved. The issue appears to be affecting a core carrier we use in our facility which will cause calls to fail on the Apollo-E service.

Our carrier has confirmed that they are experiencing network issues within a facility that we use to deliver some voice services. We will continue to provide updates to affected customers by ticket. We will provide further updates once received.

We are currently investigating an issue within our network that may be affecting voice calls for some of our customers. We will notify any customers directly impacted by this incident. The issue appears to be related to a third party fault.
