Race ESign – API & Application Instability

The incident has been resolved. The root cause has been identified and the situation is now back to normal. The Public API and Yousign application are operating as expected.

We are aware that our upstream provider for the Race ESign service (Yousign) is currently experiencing instability.

Since approximately 16:03 BST, customers may experience failures when attempting to send or sign documents via Race ESign, including HTTP errors and intermittent application issues.

The Yousign engineering team is actively monitoring the situation. This is being investigated at the provider level and we will provide further updates in 1 hour or as they become available.

We have detected potential service disruption through our monitoring systems and are actively investigating. A detailed assessment of the impact and affected services will be provided within the next 30 minutes.
