ITEC update:

We were alerted of issues connecting to our ITEC data center and are investigating the root cause.
Please be aware that all services appear to potentially be affected, while we get resources involved and investigate further.

7AM UPDATE - We believe this connectivity issue is related to maintenance being done by our Internet Service Providers. This maintenance was scheduled to be completed between 5-7am this morning. It does not look like this has been resolved and we are following-up with our providers.

7:20AM UPDATE - NYSERNET indicated that a HW failure occurred during their maintenance and they are continuing to troubleshoot. There is currently no ETA

7:25AM UPDATE - Services appear to be online and working properly again. We are following-up with the NYSERNET Team to understand if they believe their maintenance work is complete. It is possible that separate NYSERNET and Cogent maintenance was happening at the same time without recognizing each other would introduce outages. ITEC is marking this incident as complete, while we follow-up to document lessons learned.

NYSERTNet maintenance is complete and services are becoming available. We will continue to monitor.

The service interruption may be due to NYSERNet maintenance, scheduled to be complete by 7AM.
