Impact: Citrix Gateway Service is currently experiencing issues in South Africa region that would impact end-users. End-users impacted may experience connection errors or higher latency in application (and desktop) sessions. Current Status: At this time we have identified that this issue is related to a third party issue. The Citrix Engineering team is monitoring and performing various mitigation activities to restore the platform and services for all customers. Next Steps: Another update will be provided within the next 60 minutes.
