Impact:
Citrix Gateway Service is currently experiencing issues in South Africa region that would impact end-users. End-users impacted may experience connection errors or higher latency in application (and desktop) sessions.
Current Status:
At this time we have identified that this issue is related to a third party issue. The Citrix Engineering team is monitoring and performing various mitigation activities to restore the platform and services for all customers.

Another update will be provided within the next 60 minutes.
