Misleading red banner being shown to users

We have confirmed the issue has been fully resolved. A summary of the incident will be posted within the next three US business days.

While investigating the erroneously displayed banner, our engineering team found several other opportunities to improve our systems. These are proactive efforts with no known customer or data impacts. These improvements will be tested over the weekend, and deployed on Monday. This incident will remain in ‘Monitoring’ status until this final deployment is made.

Our engineering teams have implemented a temporary fix for the misleading error banner. We are now working to solve the underlying source of the mistaken report.

The next status update will be when remediation efforts are complete or the state of this incident otherwise changes.

Our platform is mistakenly reporting to many users that their Salesforce service account connection is broken. This red banner is NOT correct.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the source of this broken notification.
