Between approximately 00:15am-2:2:27am 10/20/25 our team was notified of an incident reported by AWS. We can confirm that during this time GoFundMe Pro Admin login attempts and transactions made using Venmo or Plaid may have been unsuccessful. This incident has also seen a delay in the processing of Recurring Giving Plans - these are now processing correctly and will be visible in GoFundMe Pro Manager within the next few hours. AWS has confirmed that they have restored services and we have seen no further impact on GoFundMe pro since 2:27am PST with all pages, donations and platform functionality now working as expected. We will continue to monitor this incident.

This incident is now resolved. Our cloud services provider AWS has confirmed a full restoration of services ensuring that all GoFundMe Pro pages and platform features are operating as expected. We continue to work with AWS to complete a root cause analysis as soon as possible.

All GoFundMe Pro page platform features are operating as expected. There are some delays to transaction information syncing into Pro Manager and externally to integrated CRMs which we are working to resolve as soon as possible. We will continue to partner with our cloud service provider (AWS) and and closely monitor performance.

We continue to work with our cloud service provider AWS who continue to see an increase in errors across their services. This is impacting GoFundMe Pro page platform use and features may be impacted until AWS services stabilize, Venmo and Plaid are also experiences services disruption. Donations via credit card are continuing to transact successfully. Our teams continue to engage with AWS and we will continue to provide updates here on our status page.

AWS have informed us they are seeing increased connectivity issues and API errors across their services. This is intermittently impacting GoFundMe Pro page platform use and features may be impacted until AWS services stabilize. At this time, we are seeing donations transact successfully. Our teams continue to engage with AWS and we will provide updates here on our status page.
