Full Storage Zone 4 Instability and Slowdown

We experienced major instability and slowdown in our Storage Zone 4 from 9:28 to 10:01 CET, around 4% of our customers have been impacted. They have experienced instability in performance, in a period of around 5 minutes Storage Zone 4 has been unreachable while the needed reboot happened to gain full stability and performance back. The issue is fully resolved and our Storage Zone 4 has full performance and stability back. We have identified the issue and implemented a solution to prevent this from happening in the future.
