Migration Notice: User Groups to Security Roles

The migration from User Groups to Security Roles has completed for the majority of partners. Full information on the change and process can be found here:

However, we've identified that in some cases the migration service did not fully complete, which may have resulted in certain users not being moved to their appropriate Security Role, or Type Mapping configurations not converting over as expected.

If affected, users may notice they no longer have visibility to content they previously had access to.

This does not affect all Partners. If your portal is functioning normally, no action is needed.

What to look for:

• Users reporting missing content or reduced visibility in the portal
• Type Mapping configurations that don't appear to have carried over to roles
