We are aware of an issue affecting partner portals that use an au.directportal.com custom domain.
Affected users currently see a browser security warning and cannot reach their portal. This is due to an expired SSL certificate on the au.directportal.com domain. Other regions and the underlying platform are not affected.
Workaround: While we restore the certificate, users can reach their portal directly via its native URL at https://[tenant].au.cloudradial.com (replace [tenant] with your portal subdomain).
Our team has identified the cause and is prioritizing the fix. We will update this page as soon as service is restored.
