We are aware of an issue affecting ServiceAI ticket triage in the US region. Tickets submitted to the PSA are not being triaged in a timely manner due to a large processing backlog.
Our team has identified the cause and is actively working to restore normal processing speed. Ticket submission and all other ServiceAI functions are operating normally.
