Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that the issue affecting the accessibility of our WebApp in our San Jose and Washington clouds has now been resolved. The WebApp is fully accessible again.

During the incident, we did not observe an impact on running virtual machines or other active services.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
