日本時間 2025/02/03 11:49 頃より 2025/03/12 17:44 頃まで、クラウドサインの複数部署管理機能で書類概要の取引金額が正常に表示されない問題が発生しておりました。現在は平常通りご利用いただけます。このたびはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
現在、クラウドサインの複数部署管理機能内のキャビネットにおいて、画面リロード(再読み込み)せずに連続して異なる書類の書類概要を表示すると、最初に表示した書類の取引金額状態が後続の書類の取引金額に引き継がれてしまい、書類概要の取引金額の表示が正常に表示されない事象を確認しております。
表示に異常が発生した場合はお手数ですがリロードをお試しください。
確認されている表示例
・「未設定」と表示されるところが「null円」と表示される
・「○○円」と表示されるところが「未設定」と表示される
