日本時間 2026/04/08 10:30 頃より 2026/04/08 19:00 頃まで、一部のお客様において、書類を送信/同意する際にエラーとなる事象が発生しておりました。
原因の対処とその経過観察が完了しており、現在は平常通りご利用いただけます。
誠に恐れ入りますが、送信/同意する際にエラーとなった書類に関しては、再度送信/同意操作を行っていただくようお願いいたします。
このたびはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
