Outage Details

We experienced a brief system outage that rendered our phone app unavailable for approximately three minutes. During this period, inbound and outbound calls as well as SMS messaging were not accessible to customers. The services are functional now and we are implementing additional preventive measures to minimize the risk of another service disruption

The system has been stabilized and all services are restored. We have identified and implemented further fixes to enhance resource allocation and prevent recurrence. Specifically:

• Additional fixes were deployed to optimize resource allocation and prevent similar outages.

• We are currently monitoring and examining the systems, and restoring small sets of data that were not correctly recorded during the brief outage windows.

• Our team continues to monitor the systems to ensure stability and resiliency.
