We continue to investigate the outbound call issues affecting a subset of traffic in the EMEA region.

We have detected that call failures may be occurring in specific regions - For the countries listed below, outbound calls may not be successfully connected intermitently:

• Israel

• South Africa

• Turkey

• Bulgaria

• Hungary

• Norway

• Poland

• Portugal

• Slovenia

• Switzerland

• Finland

• Ireland

📞 Other countries in the EMEA region may continue to experience the following issues:

• Longer-than-usual Post-Dial Delay (PDD)

• Intermittent issues with Calling Line Identification (CLI)

• Degraded call quality

Our teams are actively working with carrier partners to restore normal routing and mitigate disruptions. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We have identified that a subset of outbound calls is currently experiencing longer-than-usual Post-Dial Delay (PDD), along with intermittent connection failures. This issue appears to be affecting specific carriers across the EMEA region.
