Identity services Sign and iDIN as well as the Payments Portal are reported operational. All services are restored and we are moving into a monitoring state.

Power has been restored to the Breda data center. We are slowly booting up services again and restoring services across all locations

Issues are isolated to our Breda data center and related to a blackout. Most services are redundant and not impacted.
Messaging is rerouted effectively via gw.messaging.cm.com
Voice outbound is also rerouted. Inbound might experience some drops.
Payments services are unimpacted and working stable
Mobile Marketing Cloud is not available
Mobile Service Cloud and Conversational AI Cloud are unaffected
ECR / Cash Register services are unimpacted.
Ticketing General Admission and Seated is working, only the backoffice portal is unavailable.

The General Admission and Seated Ticketing applications currently have no access to the management / back-office environment. The shops are functioning without any issues.

Most Voice outbound traffic is rerouted to other locations and working. Messaging customers connecting to gw.messaging.cm.com will also be rerouted. The CM.com Platform and apps are currently unavailable.
