Unable to download connectors for Sage 50 and Quickbooks Desktop

We have implemented a fix in all environments.

Affected users should now notice that they are able to download the connectors for both Quickbooks Desktop and Sage50 without issue. Connectors will now be able to update successfully and syncs and push operations should resume as normal.

We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently implementing a fix to remediate the issue.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have successfully tested and rolled out a fix and no later than 15:00 BST

We are actively investigating an issue preventing users download the desktop connectors for Sage 50 and Quickbooks Desktop as part of the linking process.

Affected users will notice that the connector downloads will stall and when trying to run the downloaded file errors will be returned. Users also may notice a delay in syncs or push operations being processed as existing connectors may be stuck in an update loop trying to download the update.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 14:15 BST.
