We have implemented a fix in UAT and Production.
Affected users should now notice that all rules are sent as expected, including our 'Data connection status changed' rule.

We are actively investigating an issue preventing our 'Data connection status changed' alerts from being sent intermittently.
Affected users will notice that, under some circumstances, they are not receiving webhooks or emails for their 'Data connection status changed' rules in our UAT and in Production environment. This issue should not affect other rules or alerts.
This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 10AM BST.
