Azure has now resolved the issue, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.
All users previously affected should be able to connect to Codat services without experiencing connection failures.

You may experience intermittent connection failures to the portal, API, and other Codat services, including linking new Codat companies, syncing existing Codat companies, querying the API and pushing data.
