Foresight Selectors Patient Count Incorrect

The patient count for the Selectors in Foresight and the Tenant Management App was not returning the correct numbers.
The actual patients displayed in the Cohort View list was always correct; but the selector number may not accurately reflect the number of patients.
This issue is now resolved.
