The engineering team has identified the mechanism causing this incident. The team is currently working on a code change that will prevent this issue from causing problems for the transformations preview when files are being transformed.

The engineering team has determined that this problem is related to the preview functionality in transformations. For users with transformations that are known to work, a workaround for this problem is to skip the preview step, and run the transformation directly.
The incident is now found to be impacting most clusters.
