Cognite Engineering is currently working on a fix for a problem that can block access to CDF for all users. The team has identified why this is happening and a code change has been implemented and is now being tested.

The fix that was deployed at 12:15 Oslo time has proven to resolve the problem causing this incident. The engineering team has monitored the system closely after the fix was rolled out, and have concluded that the system is fully recovered.
