Incident causing elevated error rates from time series API

The engineering team has concluded that the situation was fully recovered at 12:08 UTC, on the 18th of April. The incident is now closed.

The engineering team has restored the time series service completely. As of 12:08 UTC, we no longer see the elevated error rates. We will continue to monitor the situation to make sure that the service remains healthy.

Cognite Engineering is working on improving an issue we have identified with the backend for time-series in the EUR-N1 cluster. Due to issues in the backend, the time series service will return 5xx errors through the API to many users. The service is not completely down, but users will have to re-submit the requests sent to the API when 5xx response codes are received.
