The issue is still affecting some customers. The limits displayed in the UI have reverted to the default values for certain users. For those impacted, these reverted limits also restrict schema-related operations, such as upserting data models, views, and containers.
While instance count limits are still functioning correctly, the concurrency limits may have reverted to their default values.
