After monitoring the Charts sub-app for a few hours, the engineering team has concluded that the issue is resolved. We have closed this incident.

The engineering team has identified the failing component and fixed it. As of 10:20 UTC, our monitoring shows that Charts are available to end users again. The engineering team will continue to monitor the system to be certain that the fix is sufficient and can be used as a permanent fix.
