Newly uploaded files with a directory set are not returned when listing with directory_prefix. This affects the Files API and may impact related features, including Streamlit apps and file access in notebooks.

Restarted the relevant API services and subscribers, and the team is exploring whether data modeling limits are contributing to the problem. The issue is still being investigated.
