Outage Details
During the database upgrade, we encountered some issues, which are currently affecting access to all APIs. The engineering team is actively working on the problem and has restored the previous database. We expect recovery to begin shortly.

We’ve restored the database to the previous version, and all affected APIs are now functioning as expected. We are coordinating with Microsoft, as their involvement is required to fully resolve the issue.
Once that is completed, we will plan another migration to move the data back to the original database and restore the configuration.
