We are currently observing an ongoing West Europe regional outage in Azure cluster that has impacted disk management operations. This issue is preventing FoundationDB storage pods from attaching volumes, resulting in widespread storage pod failures and increased disk usage on log processes within CDF.
Our engineering teams have taken precautionary measures and are actively implementing relevant mitigation actions. Close monitoring is in place to assess and minimize any operational impact on CDF.

All FoundationDB storage and log pods in westeurope-1 are healthy again, with all nodes restored and metrics reporting back to normal. The team is currently monitoring to ensure the fix remains stable.
