We have identified a potential issue with delayed processing of changes to documents i.e. changes to documents are not reflected immediately. New files, updates, and deletions may take time to appear in the Documents API.

The cluster has been rebuilt, and document processing and the orchestrator have been restored. We are verifying services, clearing backlogs, and performing a targeted backfill to recover any missed data.
