Outage Details

On March 1st, beginning at 12pm UTC, connections to all deployments will be disabled. Migration services will not function once the connections are disabled. On March 1st, any accounts with running deployments will be disabled, but not deleted, so you will still be able to access deployments until March 15th, but your applications will not have connections. Migration services will not work after 12noon UTC on March 1st unless you email support and request connections to be re-enabled. On March 15th, we'll be taking backups of any remaining deployments and deleting them. After March 15th, there will be NO COMPOSE.COM UI access. Please download any backups or invoice data needed before that date. Any accounts with no billable on March 1st will be closed, and scrubbed from our system within 30 days according to GDPR regulations. For any issues, please email support@compose.com with your account information.
