A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Our monitoring systems indicate an incident of the mentioned service.

Computop 360 is still accessible. Transation details since Jan. 31st are partially missing in this tool.

Our technical emergency team is currently investigating this incident and is continuously analysing the system behaviour. We will continue to review the incident and will update you on the matter as soon as we have more information.

Computop 360 ist zwar erreichbar, die Transaktionsdaten seit 31.01. fehlen teilweise in diesem Tool.
