At 2025-11-01 12:06 UTC IBM Cloud engineers were alerted to an incident on IBM Cloud - INC10148948, triggered in Dallas (US-South) region causing network connectivity failures for services.

Our engineering team have taken mitigation steps and have started to see recovery as of 12:46 UTC, our engineering team is continuing to monitor and performing health checks.
