Investigating - Automate 2023.4 indefinite loading screen in Web Control Center

We are investigating reports of the Automate 2023.4 web client displaying an infinite loading screen, affecting some partners. There are no reports of loading issues in the Windows client.

The reports of infinite loading screens in the Automate web client has been identified and a resolution is in progress.

The issue related to the ConnectWise Automate 2023.4 web client displaying an infinite loading screen, which is affecting some partners, has been identified and a fix has been developed. As a result, we are redeploying 2023.4 to our cloud partners on a rolling basis and expect to complete this process by 6AM EDT. The cloud patch installation only takes a few minutes, and we are intentionally deploying outside of normal business hours to minimize business impact.
